This is a collection of images, mostly posted in various places by me over the past year that, ALL have the same thing, 'OFF' in them. Mark the time in the video when you spot it and leave it in the comments.
These images are from all over the world, from different webcams, over several of the past years. (Since 2010) After all these years, I know for certain what is causing this, ..., 'effect' ON the water, but I have only narrowed it down to 3 possible Causes which, only one am I willing to share with you, at this time. That is, Stationary, Translucent Orbs somewhere in the sky in these images, and the only reason that I share this is that they were publicly acknowledged and some basic info. about them has been shared, by NASA and the Pentagon just this year.
In their report, they state that 'metallic, silver or translucent orbs are the most common 'UAPs' reported from all sources!

I am constantly searching for public images that are easy to go to and verify, which show as much of a CLEAR SKY as possible, with as much STILL WATER as possible below the Sun to add to my collection. (I am very picky yet, I must have a couple thousand by now.)
I've noticed that it seems to happen most around 4-5 pm wherever it is caught, and the 'invisible objects' seem to be left of the Sun, or in the Southwest sky.
I've also noticed that, they -do- occur on either side of the Sun, but more often are seen and caught on the left side! Enjoy this part of my collection from this year. /\
